This notice describes the website and browser games. Controller and hosting-provider details are still being completed.

Who operates this website?

Browsing this website

The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It counts page loads and a small set of actions, such as opening a reading sample, starting a game or finishing a round, as daily totals. These are activity counts, not unique visitor or player counts. Game activity is counted when played through the embedded website player; visiting the separate game site directly is not counted here. These counters do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, email addresses, referral URLs or individual browsing histories. The counters respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Artwork, styles, the trailer and music are served with the website. Your browser sends connection information, including your IP address, to the hosting infrastructure when requesting these files.

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Public pages can be visited without signing in; the owner dashboard requires the owner’s ChatGPT account. Further hosting-provider details, processing terms, international transfers and retention periods are being reviewed.

Newsletter signup will open after email delivery is connected and verified. When active, the form asks for your email address and your agreement to receive Zethra Rezanu book, artwork and game news. A confirmation email verifies your address before your subscription becomes active. You can unsubscribe using the link in your email.

Subscription records are kept separately from anonymous game suggestions. The application records your address, subscription status, consent version and relevant request/confirmation times. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes. Signup, confirmation and unsubscribe notifications are addressed to zethrarezanu@gmail.com. Resend is the planned email delivery service; its delivery connection is being completed. If you use the contact link instead, it opens your email application and does not automatically subscribe you.

Games

The embedded game is requested only when you select a game and press its launch button. It is loaded from the separately hosted Zethra game site. That site then receives connection information from your browser.

The Hunt uses an entered player name, room code, private session token and gameplay state to run online matches. Room credentials are kept in this browser tab’s session storage to support refresh and reconnection. The Winged Blade runs as a local solo game. Flight records and audio volume choices are stored on this device using local storage; they are not submitted to an online leaderboard. Clearing this website’s browser data removes them. Closing an embedded game stops its page; use Leave inside The Hunt first to release your room seat immediately.

Anonymous game suggestions

The suggestion form asks for a game, a topic and your message. It does not ask for your name or email. The application saves your text, selections, submission time and a random submission reference in a private database so we can review improvements and bugs. It does not attach an account identity, IP address or browser details to the saved suggestion. Please do not include personal information in your message.

The hosting infrastructure still receives connection information when you send feedback, while visitors browse and submit forms. Suggestions are not published on the website. The form sends no email and creates no mailing-list subscription.

Trailer and music

The trailer is served with the website and loads when you choose to play it. It does not load a third-party video embed.

The theme player loads the audio when you choose to play it. The game has its own music and effects controls.

External links

Instagram and game links take you to the relevant external service. Those services apply their own privacy information. An Amazon ordering link will be added when the book listing is available. If you contact us by email, your message and contact details are used to respond to your enquiry.

Your rights

Depending on the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact zethrarezanu@gmail.com for privacy requests.
